By using the website or submitting a form, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. These terms cover stays, management services, property-owner applications, VEZAVIA Academy, and contact inquiries.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person or submit misleading information.
- Do not upload executable, malicious, unlawful, or disguised files.
- Do not attempt to bypass the Admin Dashboard, private-file protection, or website security.
- Do not use a reference number to seek another person’s information.
Requests and bookings
3. Booking requests
A booking form creates a request for manual review. It is not a final confirmation of accommodation, price, or availability. A reference appears only after the database confirms storage.
4. Payment proofs
A payment proof must be linked to a valid booking reference. Technical acceptance of a file does not mean payment approval; an authorized administrator reviews it and changes the status manually.
5. Management and Academy applications
Property-owner, Academy, and contact submissions are requests for review and communication, not automatic acceptance or a contract. Primary follow-up is by phone or WhatsApp.
Content and responsibility
6. Brand and content rights
The VEZAVIA name, approved marks, website design, and content are protected under applicable rights. They may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep content accurate, but property, programme, price, and availability details may change before final confirmation. The digital service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted at all times.
8. Changes and legal review
These terms may change with the services or regulatory requirements. A qualified lawyer should review the final text for every country in which VEZAVIA operates before commercial use.
